MS Solitaire
In turn 3 cards over mode, you can turn over only one card at a time by holding down Ctrl+Alt+Shift
MS Minesweeper
1. Hold down the Shift key and type XYZZY
2. Release Shift and then press it again. Now whenever your cursor is over the top of a mine, the top left pixel on your screen shows as a black dot.
